Abstract

This article investigates the effect of feed prepared from apple and tomato pulp — a by-product of fruit and vegetable canning — on the pH level of rumen fluid in dairy cows. It also examines how the altered rumen environment in the experimental groups influences milk productivity. The main objective of this study is to determine the optimal amount of apple and tomato pulp to be fed to dairy cows in experimental groups I,II, and III and to identify whether it causes any positive or negative changes in digestive physiology.
