Directions for Developing Compulsory Insurance in Uzbekistan

This article delves into the economic essence and principles of compulsory insurance, emphasizing its implementation processes and economic characteristics. It explores the indicators related to compulsory insurance within Uzbekistan’s national insurance market and provides a comprehensive analysis of the current state of compulsory insurance systems. The study highlights the necessity of improving the regulatory framework, introducing new types of compulsory insurance, and enhancing mechanisms for social protection. The article also proposes measures for the development of compulsory insurance, including improved transparency and public trust in insurance companies. Recommendations are made to optimize the legislative framework, create a unified insurance database, and promote insurance products to better serve the population's needs. This research is crucial for the continuous development of a sustainable and effective compulsory insurance system in Uzbekistan.
